What I am retroactively calling “Phase 3” – the segment between US65 at Tyler Bend and AR14 at Dillard’s Ferry – was completed April 1 2021.
The construction of the final 1/4-mile of trail in the vicinity of Little Rocky Creek (between Red Bluff Rd and South Maumee Rd) caps a project begun in October 2005 that had contributions from at least 400 individuals over the years.
